I agree, mini-HDMI seems like a strange choice. I had to buy an adapter for my Pi Zero and hate having to keep track of it.

I would be thrilled if USB-C became the ubiquitous connector.



It's actually micro-HDMI, iirc (just pointing that out so nobody buys the wrong cable)


Yeah, for some reason they decided to use a completely different oddball HDMI connector to the one used in their other product with an oddball HDMI connector. So anyone with a Pi Zero and a Pi 4 now has two different annoying adapters to keep track of.


Just ordered my Pi 4 yesterday and thought that the Zero adapter would be enough :/ not pleased!
