I remember working on a project in 2010. We hit multiple crashing bugs in Flash (both runtime and IDE) doing fairly basic stuff. I figured we’d paid for support, might as well use it, and reported them to Adobe.
Literally never heard back until a year later when they closed the tickets saying it might be fixed in the next release and we should buy licenses to find out (spoiler: no).
