We are an early stage health tech company using AI to improve hospital revenue cycle (making healthcare costs lower and allowing doctors to focus on patient care). Thank you for the feedback. We're a small team and are experiencing growing pains (on account of keeping up with revenue growth), but that doesn't make it less frustrating when something like this happens.
