Going straight for the head would mean replacing Bobby Kotick. If he doesn't resign then J. Allen Brack is just a scapegoat.

Blizzard tried the good optics strategy for years now. Ironically companies that emphasize it are the ones sexual harassment seems to happen the most.

The optics are that they thought they needed a woman for PR, but didn't have any confidence in her. I'm not saying she's incapable, but that's what the optics are.
