The bill is specifically going after Section 230 on the surface, though, which I would think would be of more immediate concern to them. Most blog posts even note that the encryption aspect is being targeted as a run-around.
I'm willing to entertain the logic, sure, just not sure I agree with it. Feels like there's more at stake for them (collectively) here.
