I disagree with this. I think the bloom is off the rose for these companies(FB, Google, Amazon et al)in terms of an image as a "cool place" to work. I they will increasingly be viewed for what they essentially are - just other big corporations. Big corporations that only have their own best interests at heart.

This nearly reads like a propaganda piece intended to discourage people from doing their own thing.
